We call this "Kin-Byoubu".
You may have heard "Byoubu" somewhere before.
Byoubu is used as a wind guard or a partition, so almost of them are decorated extravagantly.
But Kin-Byoubu is plain gold only. This item is so special for Japanese.
It's a fundamental item at a wedding ceremony.
The bride and groom sit in front of KIn-Byoubu through the reception.
